Today I present you with a free body Fluid Total Body workout, designed so that you can take a small break from your hectic lifestyle and create a mental connection with your body.

All you'll need is 1 mat and 15 minutes of your time for a more flexible body, thanks to these exercises which will help you to stretch and relax your muscles.
