“Tecnofilati S.r.l”, with registered address at Via Bergamo 42/44 24030 Medolago (BG) – VAT no. 02915370163 shall be responsible for processing personal data, and shall interact with, and liaise directly with HumanWellness SA, processing and managing all data produced and sourced from, ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations relating to personal data processing, as well as the safeguarding of data subject rights.

WHICH personal data are collected, and WHEN?

Certain personal data may be requested in order to supply the requested product or service. For example, when a purchase is made, when you contact our customer-care centre, when you opt into emails / mailings, when you create an account, when you take part in our events or sweepstakes, when you use our site.

These personal data include:

  • contact information including name, email address, phone number and shipment number, billing address
