I am a new customer how do I register on the website?

To register as a new customer you will have to click on the item "Log in or register" (located at the top right of our menu, then click on the "New" button and follow the registration process by entering your data. Do not forget to give your consent for the processing of your data, many promotions and discounts will be waiting for you!

I forgot my password how do I recover it?

In order to recover your password back you will need to access the “Login or register“ section on our website, click on the “registered“ tab and then on “Forgot your password?“, Enter the email address used during registration and click on “Recover my password“ button. You will be sent an email with instructions to follow.

I have different delivery addresses; do I have to create an account for each of them?

It is not necessary to create different accounts in order to have different delivery addresses, to add a new delivery address you just need to access your profile, click on “my addresses“ and then on “add a new address“.

I have a discount voucher, how can I redeem it?

Redeeming a discount voucher is very simple, once you have finished adding all your products in the cart you will need to enter your voucher code in the box “PROMO CODE & GIFT CARD“ and click on the arrow. The discount will be applied to the products on sale.

What should I do if the discount voucher does not work?

Contact our customer care at customer.care@begood.store and we will give you information on the status of your voucher.

How can I enter a second delivery address?

To add a new delivery address, you just need to access your profile, click on "my addresses" and then click on "add a new address.

Do you have a customer care phone contact?

No, any questions regarding our products will be processed by our customer care via email, just send an email at customer.care@begood.store, we get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our newsletter you will need to access one of our newsletters and click on the "unsubscribe here" link that you will find at the bottom (footer) of the email.

How can I cancel my BeGood account?

Contact our customer care at customer.care@begood.store and we will help you to delete your account.

Orders & Delivery

How can I check my order status?

If you have placed the order as a registered user you can check the status of your order logging in to your personal profile, in the "My orders" section.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order or change the shipping address only during the purchasing step only, before checkout.

Which credit cards are accepted?

You can choose to pay your order using the following: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, PostePay, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Can I purchase items and pay on delivery?

Yes, pay on Delivery (cash) is available as a payment method for all items.

At what time will my goods be delivered?

Shipments are usually delivered Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) during office hours (9 am to 6 pm).

What shipping costs can I expect for my order?

Shipments are free throughout Italy (including San Marino and Vatican).
For countries other than Italy the amount for shipping is € 15 for orders up to € 100, free for orders over € 100.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the location (times are usually longer if you live on a rural area) and the delivery service requested during your order placement. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation via email.

What happens if I am away on the day of delivery, can I request a new delivery date?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 am - 7:00 pm). In case of absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a notice with instructions to request a second delivery.

Within 3 days from the reception of this notice, you can request free delivery directly from the courier’s website.

After this time, (in case of a second unsuccessful delivery attempt) the package will be available for free pick-up at the nearest Post Office. Usually the Post Office will keep the parcel for 7 working days, including Saturdays. If the parcel is not picked up, it will return to our warehouse and the order will be canceled.

My order is late, why?

BeGood undertakes to respect the standard preparation and shipping times for orders. In some cases, however, there may be delays related to only one of the 2 phases (preparation and shipment of the order) or to both.

Order processing

Orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 13:00 or the following working day, if made after 12.00. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed next Monday (keep this into account to calculate the delivery time). At certain times of the year (sales and promotions), it is possible that the processing of orders is longer than usual due to the large influx of online orders received.

Order delivery

BeGood commits itself to ship the goods in 3-5 working days from the processing of your order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 am - 7:00 pm). In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to unpredictable causes (eg strikes or weather conditions).

I bought a Begood garment, but I realized I chose the wrong size. Can I change it before it is shipped?

If you have made a mistake and your order has not been processed (orders will be processed the same day if placed before 1pm or the following working day, if placed after 1 pm. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually shipped the following Monday). You can send a message to customer.care@begood.store, and we will try to help you.

How do I know if my BeGood garment perfectly fits?

You can find sizing details and product information on every product page.

How do I wash my BeGood products? Do they lose their effectiveness?

Very simple: BeGood products can be hand washed (inside out) with cold water (at 30° max) and a gentle detergent. No need to use a tumble dryer, air drying is enough. Washing does not alter the effectiveness of the product.

What is the difference between Dermofibra and Dermofibra Cosmetics?

Dermofibra products use bio-infrared technology with minerals in order to reflect the body heat and stimulate microcirculation. Dermofibra Cosmetics products use bio-infrared technology plus cosmetic ingredients added to the yarn in order to hydrate and tone your skin.

How long do the properties of Dermofibra Cosmetics last?

The effect is permament.

Can BeGood products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

BeGood shapewear products can be used safely after childbirth and during breastfeeding. We advise against the use of the products during pregnancy because of their compression effect.

Returns

What is the procedure to make a return of a deffective product?

Very simple, just send an email to customer.care@begood.store and we will send our carrier to pick up the item. We accept returns for products purchased within 15 days of the order delivery date. The total amount will be refunded with the exception of shipping costs (10 € for 1 or 2 products) of any other additional costs such as gift boxes, express delivery, delivery upon appointment, etc.)
Upon reception of your request we will send all the necessary instructions, you just need to tell us your address and the date you wish our carrier to pass by, we will take care of the rest.

Obvisously the product must be in perfect conditions:

  • Returned items must be unwashed and unworn with the original packaging and hangtags attached.
  • Refunds will not be accepted if the returned items are open, worn or without the original packaging. All garments will be subject to inspection.
  • Products with smoke smell, perfume, lotions or laundry detergent will not be eligible for reimbursement. In these cases, products will be returned to the customer in the conditions in which they were received.
  • It is not possible to replace the product with other items, sizes or different colors. A new purchase order must be made.

Of course, visit the general conditions page to find out how to make a return. We will pay for it.

Retailers

I would like to try on the garments before I buy them, where can I find the nearest retailer?

Most of our garments are considered as underwear and therefore they cannot be tried on before you buy them. However if you wish to try the physical experience of the purchase you can find the nearest retailer in our Stores section.
