Shipping Information

The shipping cost for Italy is €8.95, free for orders over €100 (excluding minor islands, the Venetian lagoon, and areas considered difficult-to-reach, for which the shipping cost is always €35). Packages are delivered within 4–5 business days (except in cases of force majeure) from the day after payment is received. During holiday periods, shipping and delivery times may be longer.

For orders outside Italy, the shipping cost is €16.95 for orders up to €150, free for orders over €150. The cost may vary depending on the delivery area. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout after selecting the destination country. Shipping costs for areas considered difficult-to-reach and minor islands are always €35.

If you purchase with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.

TERMS OF SALE


The following terms of sale clearly indicate, in full compliance with current consumer protection laws, the conditions and procedures for making online purchases on begood.store in a simple, safe, fast, and convenient way. We therefore invite you to read and accept them to use all our online services.

TERMS OF SALE PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 22/5/1999, N. 185 ON DISTANCE CONTRACTS


Commercial purchase relationships on begood.store are governed by the following terms:

Art. 1. PARTIES
Supplier: HUMANWELLNESS SRL, VIA BERGAMO 42, 24030 MEDOLAGO (BG) – VAT 04496110166.
Customer: the entity (company, professional, private consumer, etc.) identified by the information provided at registration and acceptance of these general terms, subject to the warranties outlined in Article 11.

Art. 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Through the e-commerce service, begood.store (the Supplier) provides the Customer with a virtual shelf from which various products can be viewed and purchased online. The Customer can view the electronic catalog and offers of begood.store but can only make purchases after accepting these terms of sale and registering, entering their username (User-ID) and password (for access to protected areas of the website).

Art. 3. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND CASES OF NON-APPLICATION OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS
In accordance with current national and EU laws, the economic relationship between the Supplier and the Customer is subject to consumer protection laws only if the Customer purchases for personal purposes unrelated to professional activity. Therefore, consumer protection laws (including Legislative Decree no. 185 of 1999 on distance contracts, Legislative Decree no. 50 of 1992 on the right of withdrawal, and Articles 1469 bis et seq. of the Civil Code) do not apply to transactions with Customers purchasing for professional purposes using their VAT number.

Art. 4. PRICES
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices are "VAT included" and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices is always that indicated at the time the order is submitted to the Supplier. Prices of some or all products may vary multiple times in the same day without prior notice.

Art. 5. PAYMENT
Payment is made via credit card, PayPal account, prepaid card (Postepay), or Stripe (for Switzerland only). Payment by credit card (accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express) is processed through PayPal, ensuring maximum security, confidentiality, and accuracy of transactions. Any fees charged by the Customer’s bank for Postepay are the Customer’s responsibility. The Supplier must receive full payment for the products purchased.

Art. 6. PURCHASE ORDERS
Orders or reservations for unavailable items, in whole or in part, will be managed after notifying the Customer. Each order has a unique code (order number) and contains the order date, a detailed list of purchased items, shipping and packaging charges, individual prices including VAT in Euros, and the total cost summary in Euros. The Customer accepts that communications regarding the order may be sent electronically via e-mail and web service. See Article 13 for communication details.

Art. 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Supplier ships to the Customer via selected express couriers, with goods traveling freight prepaid, at the Customer’s full expense and risk. These costs and any other charges related to transportation and/or shipping are detailed in the order confirmation and purchase invoice.

7.1 Deadline for reporting discrepancies: Upon receipt, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages and confirm quantity and quality against the accompanying document. Discrepancies must be noted on the delivery document; otherwise, the Customer’s rights may be forfeited. Any defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery via registered mail, as per Legislative Decree 185/99, while preserving the items for Supplier verification. After this period, items are considered accepted.

Art. 8. INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIMES
The Supplier estimates delivery within 4–5 business days (excluding certain remote locations, Saturdays, and holidays), depending on the shipping method chosen at purchase. Delivery times start from the order confirmation date sent by begood.store.

Art. 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer (i.e., an individual purchasing goods for non-professional purposes) may exercise the right of withdrawal for any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Humanwellness within 14 business days of delivery at customer.care@begood.store.

Returns and refunds (excluding shipping costs) are possible if conditions are met.

Note: Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Saturdays are not considered business days. Proof of receipt is the date on the delivery note.

Conditions for withdrawal:

  1. The product must be intact.
    • Underwear items (socks, tights, leggings, shapewear, panties, thongs) must not have been used or worn. Opened or worn products, even for fitting, are not refundable.
    • Leggings, tops, tanks, and sweatshirts must not be worn (except for immediate fitting) and must be returned in original packaging, including bags and tags.
  2. Returns will not be accepted if products are opened, worn, or not in original packaging.
  3. Items with smoke, perfume, lotion, or detergent odors are not refundable; such products will be returned to the Customer as received.
  4. Products cannot be exchanged for different models, sizes, or colors; a new order must be placed.
  5. To avoid damage, original packaging should, when possible, be placed in a second box (labels or tape on original packaging are prohibited).
  6. Shipping to the warehouse is the Customer’s responsibility.
  7. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

Humanwellness is not responsible for damage or loss of returned items shipped uninsured. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

CUSTOMER REFUND


In accordance with Article 67, paragraph IV of the Consumer Code, only after receiving the returned product(s) and verifying compliance with withdrawal conditions and product integrity, Humanwellness will refund the amounts paid, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be communicated via e-mail and credited to the original payment method. Only the product cost will be refunded, not the original shipping fee.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES
Withdrawal expires if Humanwellness finds:

  1. Product damage or wear affecting resale;
  2. Missing original outer or inner packaging;
  3. Missing integral components of the product.

JURISDICTION


The purchase contract between the Customer and Humanwellness is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo.
