No, the indication simply means that, once removed from the bag, the active ingredient has an expiration of 12 months. Labeling regarding the expiration of cosmetics is mandatory by law and, since BeGood products contain active ingredients and are registered on the European Cosmetic Portal, we are obliged to include an expiration date for the active ingredient. The shipping cost for Italy is €8.95, free for orders over €99 (excluding smaller islands, the Venetian lagoon, and areas considered remote for which the shipping cost is always €35). Packages are delivered within 4/5 working days (except for cases of force majeure) from the day following the receipt of payment. For orders outside of Italy, the shipping amount is €16.95 for orders up to €149, free for orders over €149. For orders shipped to Switzerland, all amounts are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF): shipping costs CHF 16.95 for orders up to CHF 149 and is free for orders over CHF 149. The cost may vary depending on the delivery area. The contribution will be calculated automatically at check-out, after selecting the destination country. Shipping costs for areas considered remote and smaller islands are always to be considered €35.

The approximate delivery time to the Customer is 3/5 working days (excluding some small locations such as mountain municipalities with difficult access, Saturdays and holidays excluded), depending on the shipping method selected during the purchase phase. These indicated times run from the date of the order confirmation sent by begood.store to the Customer.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). In the event of your absence at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to request a second attempt. Within 3 days from the day the notice was left, you can request the free redelivery of your package through our courier's website. After this time (in case of no request or a failed second delivery attempt), the package will be available for free pickup at the relevant Post Office. The storage period at the Post Office is 7 working days, including Saturdays, starting from the first working day following the date the shipment arrived at the office. Once this period has also passed, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.

Order Preparation- Normally, orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day if placed by 12:00 PM or the following business day if placed after 1:00 PM. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday (please keep this in mind when calculating delivery times). During certain times of the year (sales and promotions), order preparation may experience some delays due to the high volume of online purchases. If you chose the wrong size and your order has not yet been processed (orders are processed on the same day if placed by 1:00 PM or on the following business day if placed after 1:00 PM. Very simple, send us an email at customer.care@begood.store and we will send the courier to your home. You have 14 days from receipt of the product, you will be refunded the total amount spent excluding shipping management costs. Upon the return request, we will send you an email with all the necessary information, you will only have to tell us on what date you want the courier to pass by and where, we will take care of everything else. Returns for purchases made by 12/31/2025 are extended until 01/16/2026. Obviously the product must be in perfect condition: It must not have been worn (except for an immediate trial) and must be returned intact in its original box including bags. Returns will not be accepted and it will not be possible to proceed with the refund of the items if the returned products appear opened, worn or where they are not contained in the original packaging. Products that emit the smell of smoke, perfume, lotions or laundry detergent will also not be entitled to a refund. In these cases, the products will be sent back to the customer in the condition in which they were received.
