10-minute workout for toned arms

This workout does not require particular effort or the use of large spaces: it can even be done while sitting and you will need only 10 minutes of time to complete all the planned exercises. The first step to obtaining more toned triceps and more aesthetically beautiful arms, reducing the unpleasant "curtain effect" to which we are subject.
To perform this type of exercises you will only need 1 resistance band (or alternatively a pair of tights), 1 chair and as always plenty of desire! Let's start right away: try performing the exercises in the video!
